Kingsley Emeonye
CEO/MD/ENGR.
Engr. Kingsley Iheanyi Emeonye is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bogovite Engineering Limited, where he provides strategic leadership and direction. He is driven by a clear vision of transforming the company into a world-class engineering organization with a global presence, serving the Oil & Gas industry and other key sectors.
He began his engineering career at the University of Benin, Edo State, Nigeria, where he obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. He later earned a Master’s Degree in Production Engineering (with specialization in Industrial Engineering) from the same institution in 2015.
With extensive experience as a practicing Mechanical Engineer, Engr. Kingsley Iheanyi Emeonye has built a strong professional background spanning from Line Design Engineering, Energy Survey Engineering, Piping and Pipeline Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Project Management. Over the years, he has successfully delivered and commissioned numerous projects across the Oil & Gas and Power sectors.
Earlier in his career, he rose to the position of General Manager at a leading construction company in Nigeria, where he served for several years. In May 2013, he founded Bogovite Engineering Limited, taking a bold step toward realizing his long-standing vision of establishing a world-class Oil & Gas servicing company.
Under his leadership, Bogovite Engineering Limited—headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State—has grown from modest beginnings into a fully integrated engineering services provider with strong involvement in Nigeria’s Oil & Gas sector.
Known for his focus, passion, diligence, and innovation, Engr. Kingsley Iheanyi Emeonye has led the successful execution of numerous key projects, including:
- Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning (EPIC) of Volumetric Flow Control Systems
- Construction of a work platform and piping system for safe condensate evacuation at Alaoji Metering Station and Intermediate Pigging Station, Umodiaka
- Emergency sectional replacement and reburial of exposed stream crossing of the 16-inch ALSCON Gas Pipeline.
- Modification of By-Pass Line at Forcados River Manifold (OML 30 Assets)
- Construction of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Plant Gas Supply Infrastructure for Paras Energy
- EPIC of Custody Transfer Metering Systems for the ANOH Gas Pipeline
- Emergency erosion control works along exposed sections of Asset Operation East Gas Pipeline Right of Way.
Engr. Kingsley Iheanyi Emeonye has participated in several high-level leadership, technical, and industry conferences and trainings, both locally and internationally. These include the European Biomass Conference (Italy), Intersolar Europe Conference (Munich), GASTECH Exhibition & Conference (Milan), DGNB Certification Conference (Stuttgart), MCE Conference (Italy), ASME DTOG 2024 Digital Horizons Conference (Houston USA), and various professional development programs.
He holds several professional affiliations, including:

- Member, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)

Benjamin Obiebi
CTO
Benjamin Obiebi serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Bogovite Engineering, where he oversees the company’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions. As the second-in-command, he plays a critical role in translating the CEO’s vision into actionable strategies, ensuring efficient execution and seamless internal operations. While the CEO focuses on external growth and strategic direction, Benjamin provides strong internal leadership that drives organizational excellence.
With a distinguished career in the oil and gas industry, Benjamin Obiebi brings decades of hands-on experience from working across multiple oil fields and leading the commissioning of complex engineering projects worldwide. Prior to joining Bogovite Engineering, he served as an Instrument Lead Engineer and later retired from NNPC, where he built a reputation for precision, discipline, and technical excellence.
Beyond his technical expertise, Benjamin has demonstrated a deep commitment to developing talent. Early in his career, he trained and mentored numerous engineers, contributing significantly to the growth and advancement of oil and gas engineering in Nigeria.
At Bogovite Engineering, he is entrusted with ensuring that every project reflects the highest standards of quality and operational excellence. His extensive knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and operational procedures enables him to lead with confidence and deliver consistent results.

- Operational Management: Oversees daily business activities, including production, supply chain, and service delivery.
- Strategic Execution: Converts high-level business strategies into effective operational plans.
- Performance Optimization: Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and drives continuous process improvement.
- Team Leadership: Coordinates across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Risk and Efficiency Management: Maintains internal focus on operational risk control and process efficiency.
Benjamin Obiebi has also previously served in roles such as Operations Director in Bogovite, further strengthening his leadership profile through years of diverse experience.
Within Bogovite Engineering, he is more than an executive—he is a mentor, coach, advisor, and a guiding figure whose leadership inspires excellence and professionalism across the organization.
